Terms of service

48dev provides AI agent setup, configuration, automation, and related digital services as described on our website and in individual project agreements. Each project scope is confirmed before work begins.

Payment is required upfront before work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing. All prices are listed in EUR. We accept payments via the methods listed on our order form.

Estimated delivery timelines are provided at the start of each project. Basic setups are typically delivered within 48 hours, Custom setups within 72 hours. Full Agent Service projects have timelines confirmed individually. Delays caused by late client input or missing access credentials may extend the timeline.

Every project includes 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revision rounds can be purchased separately. Revisions must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Upon full payment, the client owns all deliverables produced for the project, including code, designs, and content created specifically for them. 48dev retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.

48dev provides services "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

If you need to cancel a project before work has started, you are entitled to a full refund. Once work has begun, refunds are prorated based on work completed. No refunds are available after final delivery.

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and applicable member state legislation. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with EU regulations.
